Installation

Start: From your Blackberry mobile device, go to the email you received regarding the TextGuard application.

1. Click the Download Mobile Application link. You will then see the initial TextGuard Enterprise Installation screen.
2. Please check the “Set Applications Permissions” box. Click/Tap Download.
3. Go to “Connections” dropdown box, Select “Allow”.
4. Click/Tap your Blackberry Main Menu button and select “Save”. This will start the Download process.
5. Next, Register your device by filling out appropriate information. Your company domain email address and name are necessary. After completion, Click/Tap Register.
6. Next, You may be prompted to download the TextGuard Monitor, Click/Tap “Install”. (If you receive a “TextGuard Monitor is Running” screen, Click/Tap “Hide” button.
7. You have finished downloading TextGuard and registering your mobile device. You have finished the Registration process and you are in compliance with your Company’s mobile device policy.
